Terms of Service
Effective date: October 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wilde Aesthetics website, patient portal, and related services (the "Services"). The Services are operated by DynaWell Peptides Inc ("we", "us", "our"), 2560 King Arthur Blvd, Suite 124 #39, Lewisville, Texas 75056. By using the Services you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. What Wilde Aesthetics is — and what it is not
Wilde Aesthetics is a telehealth platform brand of the DynaWellness network, operated by DynaWell Peptides Inc. We provide the technology that connects you with independent, licensed healthcare providers and licensed U.S. pharmacies, and we act as the merchant of record for purchases made on this site.
Health brands that carry the mention "by DynaWellness" are part of the DynaWellness network and are operated under these Terms. When you order from one of them, your clinicians, your pharmacy, your patient records and your billing are provided through the DynaWellness network.
DynaWell Peptides Inc is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or medical group, and does not practice medicine. All medical care — including consultations, diagnoses, and prescribing decisions — is provided exclusively by independent licensed providers who exercise their own professional judgment. No doctor–patient relationship is created between you and DynaWell Peptides Inc.
Medical services offered through Wilde Aesthetics are provided by independent licensed clinicians and their affiliated medical practices. Before treatment you will be asked to sign the practice's Informed Consent for Telehealth Services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be physically located in a U.S. state where the partner providers are licensed at the time of your consultation; your clinician confirms that care is available in your state.
- You must use the Services only for yourself, and provide information that is true, accurate, and complete.
3. Not for emergencies
The Services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Never disregard or delay in-person medical care because of something you read on this site.
4. Consultations and prescriptions
- Completing a health questionnaire and paying for a consultation does not guarantee that a treatment will be prescribed.
- Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the reviewing provider, based on your intake and applicable clinical guidelines.
- If the provider determines that a treatment is not appropriate for you, your order will be refunded in accordance with Section 7.
- You may be required to verify your identity with a government-issued photo ID before a prescription can be issued.
- Some medications offered through the Services, including certain GLP-1 therapies, may be compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy for an individual patient pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality. Brand-name FDA-approved alternatives may be available.
5. Subscriptions and ship-day billing
Treatment plans are sold as recurring subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your first charge occurs at checkout. Renewal charges are anchored to fulfillment: each renewal is billed on or around the day your pharmacy ships your refill, at the interval shown at checkout (typically every 30 days).
- The price, billing interval, and what is included are displayed before you pay.
- Refills are subject to ongoing clinical review; a provider may pause or discontinue a treatment when clinically indicated.
- You authorize us to charge your saved payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the patient portal or by emailing telemed@wildeaesthetics.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Orders already shipped or in pharmacy fulfillment at the time of cancellation cannot be recalled.
7. Refunds
- If the reviewing provider declines to prescribe, the associated order is refunded in full.
- Because prescription medications cannot legally be restocked or resold once dispensed, medication orders that have shipped are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once a provider has begun reviewing your case.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact telemed@wildeaesthetics.com before initiating a chargeback — we resolve most billing issues within two business days.
8. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete and truthful health information — the safety of asynchronous care depends on it.
- Use medications only as directed by the prescribing provider and read all labels and inserts.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Do not share, resell, or distribute any medication dispensed to you.
9. Prohibited uses
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or health information.
- Attempting to obtain medication for another person.
- Interfering with, probing, or disrupting the Services or their security features.
- Using the Services in violation of any applicable law.
10. Intellectual property
The Services, including all content, trademarks, designs, and software, are owned by DynaWell Peptides Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY TREATMENT WILL ACHIEVE A PARTICULAR RESULT. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS VARY.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNAWELL PEPTIDES INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. MEDICAL CARE IS PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS WHO ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE THEY DELIVER.
13. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Denton County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and you waive the right to participate in any class action. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
